How do you match dogs to veterans?

We believe in allowing the dog to choose their new partner. We bring our available dogs that are suitable for the individuals needs into a familiar space, the only "new" item is the client. We observe the dogs behavior to see which are most responsive to the client in order to narrow down the possible options. We are basically giving the dogs and opportunity choose who they work for.
